Dr. Christopher Tulin is a board-certified cardiologist who has been in private practice in Colorado Springs since 1987. As cardiologists around the United States have been joining hospital systems, Dr. Tulin remains committed to the traditional values of private practice and emphasizing personalized care to his patients, convenience, high standards of care, patient satisfaction, and keeping healthcare affordable and accessable. We have an outstanding staff who are very experienced in caring for patients with cardiovascular disease as well as making patients feel welcome and at ease when they come to see us. The staff are very helpful when it comes to trying to navigate through an increasingly compex and expensive health care system.
The office focuses on outpatient care, including consultations, followup visits, preventative care, presurgical evaluations, electrocardiograms, Holter monitors, event monitors, echocardiograms, stress testing, and nuclear stress tests. The office makes every effort to promptly send reports to referring physicians to help them in the overall care of their patients.
In May 2012, Dr. Tulin will be moving to 455 East Pikes Peak Avenue, Suite 100, Colorado Springs, CO 80909 in the Center City Plaza building at the corner of Pikes Peak Avenue and Colorado Avenue across the street from the Santa Fe Railroad Station, close to downtown Colorado Springs. This location was chosen to be convenient for patients who live near central Colorado Springs as well as being close to Interstate I-25 and Highway 24. The office is located on the first floor with convenient free parking, ADA access, nearby bus stops and plenty of handicapped parking spaces.
Dr. Tulin continues to have privileges at both Penrose-St. Francis Hoptals and Memorial Hospital for inpatient care and procedures. Dr. Tulin will make every effort to see patients at which ever hospital their insurance requires or which ever hospital they have a preference for but he prefers Memorial Hospital Central.
The office accepts most insurances. For patients who have no insurance coverage, flexible payment plans are available.
