Personal Interests
Dr. Tulin has a number of outside interests including music, bicycling and gardening. He has been an avid motorcyclist most of his life and enjoys restoring and riding antique and classic motorcyles. He is a member of a number of motorcyle clubs and has earned a number of awards for his work.

Dr. Tulin's father served in the U. S. military during World War II, the Korean War and Vietnam before retiring to rural Connecticut. Dr. Tulin lived in New Enland, Japan and New York State as a child then went to High School in Connecticut. After attending the University of Massachusetts as an undergraduate, he returned to Connecticut for medical school then internship and residency. Having grown up in a military family with ancestors with military service going back to the American Revolution, he has also had a life-long commitment to helping service men and women in the military and has volunteered time to veterans and former POWs.

He has lived in Colorado Springs for 25 years and feels fortunate to live in such a special part of the country. He is a strong supporter of local businesses and the community in general.
